Enormous horseshoes rise from the ground, inscribed with names of those who have competed and won in this storied Canadian event.

A merging of the modern and the historical, elegant arcs are given a vintage look with three distressed metal finishes that suggest the iron and rust of a well-used horseshoe.

As a symbol of this iconic event and a celebration of its committed particpants, the horseshoes bring the stampede experience into a public space where passers-by can interact with a piece of Calgary’s history.
