Installed at Madison Landing and Madison Highlands in Florida, these murals are by artist Andrew Spear.  Both buildings (one in Orlando, one in Tampa) are part of the New South Residential & American Residential Communities project to provide affordable housing. With bright, tropical colors emphasizing the state’s native animals and plants, these murals stand out against white facades for a true Florida look.
